Mr. Avihai Degani
Co-founder, President & CEO
Avihai is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of highly successful business management and engineering experience in managing software development and system integration of complex telecommunications systems with exceptional, vast expertise in software architecture and hardware design. Avihai established IPgallery with the vision to deliver IP-based software switching and communication technology along with advanced multimedia applications to the emerging quadruple-players’ marketplace. Previously, he successfully facilitated key engineering management positions at Alcatel Public Switching (merged with Lucent) in Belgium, at leading Israeli telecommunications companies, and at the Israeli Ministry Of Defense.

Avihai holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Ms. Michelle Specktor
Co-founder
Michelle has over 20 years of business management and hands-on engineering experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to the establishment of IPgallery Michelle facilitated key managerial and marketing roles at an alternative VoIP service provider (NASDAQ: ARBX) based in New York, USA, and at Better Online Solutions (NASDAQ:BOSC; TASE: BOSC). Prior to that, she fulfilled project leadership, system design, and engineering positions at the Israeli Ministry Of Defense mission based in New York City, NY, and six years at the IDF’s elite computing unit.

Michelle obtained her B.SC. in Computer Science with honors from the University of New York, and an M.S. in Telecommunications with honors from Pace University NY, NY, USA.

Mrs. Adi Sela
Chief financial Officer
Adi is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel) and has been leading IPgallery’s financial affairs since 2005, after returning from Boston, Massachusetts, where she has spent more than 3 years acting as an independent accounting consultant. Prior to this Adi served as a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers in Israel, one of Israel’s largest business advisory firms.

Adi has extensive experience servicing emerging, middle market and public companies that are traded in both Israel and NASDAQ.

Mr. Sagiv Goren
CTO
Sagiv has over 15 years of experience in algorithm design, engineering, and R&D team leadership roles in communications, telephony over CATV systems, and telecommunications specializing in high-performance, multi-threading, multi-processing, and distributed architecture computing. Prior to joining IPgallery Sagiv was an advisor engineer at VocalTec and held key R&D positions at NelySoft Cabletel Ltd and GTS.

Sagiv earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of Beer Sheva, Israel.

Mr. Todd Browning
GM, North America.
Vice President Sales, The Americas
Todd has over 16 years of executive management experience in the telecommunications industry, serving in several management and executive roles at market leading companies such as PANDATEL, RAD Data Communications, and most recently as President of Telrad Connegy Inc. He has a strong technical background and understanding of the VoIP and converged telephony markets and their migration to Next Generation Networks. In his previous roles Mr. Browning has successfully lead the sales and marketing efforts to establish a strong sales presence in The Americas.

Todd holds a B.Sc. in Finance & Accounting from Oklahoma State University and an MBA in International Management from Boston University.

Ms. Hila Dahan
Associate Vice President, Marketing
Hila has obtained 10 years of sales, business development and marketing experience in the telecommunications domain. Prior to joining IPgallery, Hila established the marketing activity of Adamind (LSE: ADA) as Director of Marketing and held key positions at Philips (Digital Networks Division) managing the business development activity in Israel. Earlier, Hila fulfilled a business development analyst role at Golden Lines Ltd.

Hila completed her BA in Economics and Business Administration and an MBA with honors at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.

Mr. Amos Halfon
Associate Vice President, Sales
Amos brings to IPgallery over 19 years of experience in hi-tech management and sales to large Telco's and GSM operators as well as an extensive background in managing worldwide sales platforms for large product portfolios. Amos developed and managed high scale worldwide channels, conducted major partnership with tier1 telecommunications vendors including Lucent, Alcatel, Siemens and Nokia., established unique sale vehicles for large customers and drove annual sales of tens of millions of dollars. Prior to joining IPgallery, Amos was AVP Sales EMEA in Personeta responsible for building the company's EMEA market.  Prior to that Amos facilitated key managerial sales roles in Comverse (NASDAQ:CMVT), Alvarion (NASDQ: ALVR), and other  telecom vendors selling infrastructure networking and solutions for content, wireless, and WiMAX .

Amos holds a BA in Industrial Engineering & Management as well as an MBA degree from Derby University, UK.

Mr. David Rawet
Vice President, Engineering
David has over 30 years of engineering and management experience in the telecommunications industry specializing in public switching and enterprise systems. Previously he successfully fulfilled head of public switching in the engineering department and head of marketing roles during his 14 years with Telrad, Nortel Systems’ Israeli associate. David also successfully led GlobCall a telecom solution vendor for two years.

David holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion University of Haifa, Israel.

Mr. Eli Orr
Director of Product Marketing
Eli has over 20 years of experience in design, development and marketing of real-time network-based applications. Prior to joining IPgallery, Eli held few Product Management and Product Marketing roles in AT&T Unified Communication Division (Originally Interwise Ltd.) and RADVISION Technology Business Unit (TBU). Previously Eli worked as a Telecom Consultant and Project Manager in Elron Telesoft (Originally NCC). Eli holds vast experience in the Telecom domain including working with SMBs, large enterprises, carriers and leading telecom vendors.

Eli earned an MBA in Business Management from Derby University, Israel and B.Sc.  in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
