In Q2 2002 IPgallery was the first to commercially deploy a fully PacketCable compliant softswitch telephony over cable solution inclusive of D-QOS and Security. IPgallery's VoIP allow for roll-out of IP Telephony services in a short time-to-market ensuring seamless performance between the PSTN and IP networks and smooth interoperation with existing systems.
